Steven Tyler: I still love my exes

24 January 2012Steven Tyler thinks committing to another person is "magical".

The Aerosmith rocker became engaged to long-term girlfriend Erin Brady in December but still has loving feelings for his former partners Cyrinda Foxe and Teresa Barrick.

Although his previous marriages have both ended in divorce, Steven believes in long-term relationships.

"There's something about a commitment. There's some kind of magic that lives inside a commitment. Every time I've ever made a commitment, I've made it successful. And even a few botched marriages, they were still successful," he told Access Hollywood. "I've got four beautiful kids. I still love their mums. I just screwed up."

While Steven is prepared to walk down the aisle for a third time, the American Idol judge isn't sure whether he will become a dad again.

The 63-year-old has actress Liv Tyler with model Bebe Buell, daughter Mia from his marriage to Cyrinda as well as Chelsea Anna and son Taj Monroe with ex-wife Teresa.

"I don't know, we'll wait and see," he said when asked about the possibility of more children. "I'm taking it slow." © Cover Media
